Liberties Reserves Sovereign Central Bank Terminal
Being a Soveriegn node requires unique systems to interact with Traditional banks and Central banks that operate DEBTOR systems such as SWIFT However these days as systems of transfers are ever advancing our Terminal/Node has the ability to transfer via
SFTP SSH
* Step 1: IP Whitelisting & Connectivity Check * Provide the sovereign node’s static IP address to the institution for ingress whitelisting. * Run an initial SSH/SFTP handshaking test to verify port access and key authentication.
* Step 2: Single-Push Payload Upload * Once connectivity is confirmed, stage and upload the complete transaction bundle in a single SFTP push: * `pacs.008` (Credit Transfer) * `pacs.004` (Payment Return / Settlement Directives) * `pacs.002` (Status Report) * Auxiliary Files: `.dll`, `. cert` (Security/Signing Keys), and `.json` metadata.
* Step 3: Receipt & Acknowledgement (`pacs.002`) * The institution’s system ingests the bundle and drops a `pacs.002` ACK (Acknowledgement) response file into the designated SFTP folder to confirm payload acceptance.
* Step 4: Final Settlement & Disbursement * The institution processes the instructions and converts the asset payload to USDT ERC-20 or directly credits the target settlement account
